On the nose, there's white peach, sweet melon, and also a hint of apricot. Leaving the wine on full lees long-term yields a creamy, delicate wine with elegant, very well-integrated acidity. It has an almost velvety finish and a texture reminiscent of tannins. Here too, the finish is infused with the typical Provençal bouquet garni (bay leaf and Garrigue). A light, easy-to-drink wine which nonetheless expresses the strength and characteristics of the south.

The resultant wine is characterized by complex aromas. On the nose, there's ripe apricot, honeydew melon, and vineyard peach, as well as the characteristic "garrigue" note of the Luberon region. The palate offers refined, well-integrated acidity with a good balance of freshness and depth. On the finish, ripe yellow fruit meets stimulating minerality and saltiness.
